It is a minor surgical procedure that interrupts the passage of sperm through the vas deferens in to the prostate and seminal vesicles. Vasectomy prevents sperm from mixing with seminal fluid and therefore no sperm are present in the ejaculation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although vasectomy can be reversed it is an expensive procedure and not always successful.
